FAQ
What is a credit?
Credits meter your use of Work Juice AI. Each run of a Studio uses credits depending on how big the job is. A brand brief uses roughly 5–15 credits, a set of logo concepts 30–60, and a full website page 60–150. You always see the cost of a run.
What counts as human design time?
Hands-on work by a designer: refining a logo concept, finishing a page, preparing print files. When you send something from Work Juice AI to the studio for polish, the time comes out of your plan’s hours. Extra time is £65 an hour.
How fast will I get things back?
Work Juice AI results arrive in minutes. Human requests turn around in 5 working days on Starter, 3 on Growth and 2 on Studio. Rush turnaround is available for 50% extra.
Can I just buy a logo?
Yes. A logo and mini brand is £495, a full identity pack £1,250, a five-page website £1,495 and a brand overhaul £2,500. Every one-off comes with 20% off your first three months if you move to a plan afterwards. See one-off projects.
Is there a minimum term?
Plans start with a three-month minimum term. After that they run month to month, and you can cancel or change plan at any time.
Do unused credits and hours roll over?
Unused Work Juice AI credits roll over for one month. Unused design hours don’t roll over, so plan your bigger jobs around them, or buy an hour bundle that lasts 60 days.
Is VAT added to the prices?
There’s no VAT to add. Work Juice Ltd isn’t registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you in writing at least 30 days before it affects your bill.
What is Work Juice AI built on?
Work Juice AI is our own studio interface, built on Anthropic’s Claude models. It reads your Brand Kit on every request so the output stays on-brand. More about Work Juice AI.
